Digital delivery
Your PDF files are delivered by email after payment is approved and are available through the purchase access page. No postal delivery, physical return or shipping charge applies.
As stated in our product terms, delivery is due no later than one hour after payment approval. If delivery does not occur within that time, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Use a valid email address at checkout. If the message is missing, check Spam and Promotions, then contact support with the purchase email and order reference so we can locate the order and help you access your files.
Digital delivery requires internet access and a PDF reader. The checkout determines whether payment is available for your location.
